Strayhorn; the Moore place on which the family of Zachariah now lives was bid
off by James N Patterson and there has been no change of title; the houses and
lots in Chapel Hill were bid off as aforesaid by John D Colton and have since
been sold to Alexander Morphis; the Negroes were bid off by various persons,
but were all taken by David Vickers and he has given his note in Bank at
Raleigh instead of Trice for the purchase, but it is understood that Trice is
to have the benefit of the resale of said Negroes; a tract now in possession of
Alsey Goodwin in Chatham County containing 300 acres; seven Negroes viz - Negro
woman Nutt & her six children, also in possession of Goodwin; also the interest
of said Goodwin in the estate of his father in law John Richardson deceased
late of Chatham County; also sundry notes due from persons in Georgia about
$1700, of which one Lucian of Monroe County owes about $700, Septimus Brewer
& Smith Brewer about $600, Thomas C Trice of Pike County about $400; all
the stock of goods now on hand at the Dillard place subject to the levy of
executions, all his books of accounts and debts due to him at Chapel Hill,
Dillards place & Goodwin's Crossroads in Wake County, and unsettled claim
on Benton Utley [several other debts enumerated], a claim on W N Patterson for
the damage done to the Dillard place, Zachariah's interest in estate of William
Trice deceased his father; all claim of Trice to the Brick House & lot in
Chapel Hill, sold by Court of Equity as property of Thomas Moore; together with
